Fresh start at University of Tennessee -- martini35504 named new head football coach - MSNBC

In my 39th season of Gridiron Dynasty, I take over at Tennessee, whose last 3 coaches have averaged 5 to 6 seasons and has cracked the top 25 only 3 times in the last 15 seasons and the top 10 only 3 times in the last thirty.

Team was fifth in total player rating in the SEC (after I cut 3 SIM players). Previous year’s team was ranked 53rd in total roster rank by GUESS reports and 51st in recruit class rank. I will have to cut five more SIM players over the course of the next two years to achieve a roster that has been fully recruited by human coaches.

In my previous 38 seasons I have coached at DIII Hampden-Sydney, DII Pace, DI-AA Stephen F. Austin and Jackson State, and DI TCU, Cincinnati, Wisconsin, and Colorado. Although I only won two conference championships during that time, I always coached in DI conferences that had a number of elites. I look forward to being able to recruit with relative ease at my first elite and ending the revolving door of coaches on Rocky Top.
